Williams people pretended to like me for just shy of a month then suddenly ended my contract for “not taking the initiative.” When pressed for details all they came up with was, “you only asked the questions I told you to ask.” This was not true and in my opinion better suited for 1 on 1 feedback rather than termination notes.
