Pros
They embrace a 6 month rotation for employees with 2 or less years at the company for engineers and administration positions giving what could otherwise take 4 career moves to gain in experience. Great career opportunities for entry level people. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
One you start to realize your value, you will deserve credit that is not given and be treated the same as underperformed that started with you. If you come in with experience they will low ball you and challenge best practices that are not from Williams. Typically college grads are happy for 3-5 years and people who come with experience stay 1-3 years before realizing they deserve more and will never get it. Culture, work life balance if you want to excel, and senior leadership are abysmal I would only recommend Williams to new graduates. I would not recommend anyone that I know that I feel can excel to management or make a culture difference because they will be disappointed quickly if they know what leadership should look like.
