Great pay and benefits, but poor management communication - Machine Operator Williams International Employee Review

Manufacturing does a lot in house, so there has been a lot of opportunities for me to learn new things and have variety day to day. This is the cleanest shop I have been in. A few years ago there was troubles with finding tools but that's been mostly resolved. Most people are willing to help and share information. Pay and benefits is good. This is one of the highest paying machine shops around me. Annual bonuses. Shift premium goes up the longer you work it.

Sometimes the operator instructions or job sheets are missing details. You can ask for edits, but then your stopping work.

They take care of you and pretty good job security
