Worst company to work for! - Lead Engineer Williams International Employee Review

Pros

You get exposure to jet engines and on rare occasions advanced technology. You also get an education on how they built jet engines in the 60s and 70s because they still use that technology.

Cons

You will be silenced regarding any outside technologies, there is a conscious effort by management to pigeon hole employees! Speaking out is a real no no. They claim to be open to suggestions but the moment you give them you are flagged as trouble maker. They spend zero dollars on advancing technologies and came up with an equation that goes something like this: you can buy that technology that would clearly advance our products if you get rid of employees. One employee was worth about 100k in equipment! Management from supervisors on up are exceedingly vengeful! Don't be fooled by the nice white buildings, behind those walls is a failing company. I can count how many times parts that were scrapped and clearly not fit for use were unscrapped and put on engines.
