Pros
The people here are awesome. It is a privately owned business and the employees are like family. I have only one complaint. When I asked to move out of a team, like I was told I would be able to numerous times, it never happened. I made the mistake of taking a job elsewhere and do regret that. I would go back but WIlliams has a strict no re-hire policy.
Cons
Can be out of touch with employees and there is a large age gap between older and younger employees.
