Major lack of diversity in regards to women and minorities. Also show bias toward recruiting engineers from MI abbreviated by only recuiting from UofM and MTech. Promotions seemed to based on good ole boy network instead of performance. If you do play golf, basketball or drink during prior at lunch and after work with the boys you will not be visible to promotions
