Young Women Beware - Engineer Williams International Employee Review

I feel like I am constantly direspected, micromanaged, and excluded. I have been wrongfully accused of things I did not do, then punished for them. I dread going into work every day because I fear that I have another rude email waiting for me. It seems like my superiors are punishing me just for the fun of it, and I can't help but feel like it's partially due to the fact that I am a young woman amongst a population of mostly middle aged men.
