Pros
The rotation program is great for someone who has recently graduated, it gives you an opportunity to experience different areas of engineering. Management puts a lot of trust in you and there's always a lot of work to do. The gym is also very nice, and during lunches there is usually basketball, soccer, and other sports going on.

Some rotations are definitely not as interesting as others,
