Pros
Work with many good non-management people.
Cons
2020 - No pay raise, No hazard Pay, No pandemic work bonus. Worked thru pandemic and told we can't use our earned PTO for a time. And withheld our annual small earnings bonus right when everyone needed it most. All this was not just for me. This applied to all of us. 2021 - 2% increase. Going back several years these tiny increases add up to a huge paycut with inflation at 5 -6%. Williams is losing people quickly this year. With so many good jobs out there, this is very predictable. P.S. If you are not an Engineer, you will not have any path for promotion at all. You will retire as just another general employee. If you are an Engineer, you will have many promotion opportunities. I don't know how Williams was before it grew and built the new HQ a few years ago, but I have heard from many others it was much better than now. And seems to be getting worse rapidly. I do not recommend. There are much better choices for Engineers, Machinists, Technicians.
