Horrible management. They treat staff as if we aren’t people. All employees were just numbers in the system. I saw many people who got harassed by other employees and/or supervisors and HR did not handle the situation well at all to say the least. They have what is known as the “good ole boys club”. If you do not belong or fit in to the “club”, you will NOT succeed at Williams International. After 6 years of employment, I was extremely pleased to give my 2 week notice and leave Williams International.
