Poor upper management - IT Department Williams International Employee Review

Poor upper management, benefit package is terrible (2% 401k match), no flexibility, and a lot of favoritism. Like they say "employee don't leave company they leave manager," this statement is very true here since there is no leadership in managers. Technologies and procedures there is so outdated and can't teach an "old dog new trick." Limited access to do the job that you were hired to do (even after multiple business case meetings for validation).
