HR is not really helpful and non trustworthy - Previous Staff Williams International Employee Review

HR is not helpful. Do not trust anything they tell you and this is more so for the folks who work in recruiting and/or do work in the hiring or termination of employees. Outside of that specific group, the remaining HR staff I engaged with were wonderful. Also, the work life balance policy is not great depending on your familial or school circumstances. Flex time was eliminated in Jan/Feb of 2025.
