Pros

There have been no pros to being hired by WL. It has been one of the biggest mistakes I have EVER made. I read bad reviews when I was hired but I did not heed the warnings, and I wish, wish I had. Scorned employees, I told myself. They probably did something and are blaming WL, not themselves, for their bad experience. How wrong I was! If you have no other option and you are desperate, then by all means, take a Document Production role with WL. If you are currently in a secure role, do NOT move to WL. You are putting everything at risk! The bad reviews are true.

Cons

- The level of expertise WL expect for your role is borderline exploitation. - You are micromanaged to the point of insanity. - You are never secure, Save yourself the trouble, the heartache, and the headache. Avoid WL at all costs.

Pros

Consistent and pretty secure, which given the recent economy is valuable. The organization as a whole is too big to care about you, but you'll generally be working in a smaller team, so the people you interact with directly do. Expectations are clear and training is very thorough.

Cons

Paying as little as possible is the core of their business model; otherwise, their clients would just hire their own administrative staff. I've never heard of anyone being cheated out of pay, but pay is low and raises are minimal. This is a good place to start and build experience before going to somewhere that pays a living wage, but you have to get pretty lucky to be paid decently here.
