The leaders at the job are not committed to change. High burnout rate due to undervalued employees, outdated practices, unfulfilled promises, excessive work demands, poor communication from leaders, incompetent administration, lack of opportunities for promotion or growth with in the department, disengagement from director and assistant director, and toxic work environments.
