Pros

Organization desired to step into new technology and automated systems, in an old-school industry.

Cons

IT team has a hard time keeping talented people. IT management lacks leadership skills. Morale was very low. Escrow and Title team members seemed to enjoy working here, but on the technology side, there was a lack of vision and budget for needed projects. Pay is also lower for tech professionals, compared to industry standards. IT team did not appear to be committed to D&E practices.
