I miss Lincoln - Applications Support Analyst Willow Bridge Property Company Employee Review

Willow Bridge bought out Lincoln and immediately started "restructuring" didn't even try to get to know it's employees. Employees that were there for years and hard working with invaluable knowledge were just laid off without any warning only to bring in new roles with larger salaries that don't contribute half as much. The person they put in charge of the department doesn't have any real IT experience and has his favorites and makes it very obvious. They want their employees to do more with less. When the employees meet the goals they put in front of them they raise the bar and tell them they still need to do more. They pay way below industry average.
