Lack of growth - Assistant Manager Willow Bridge Property Company Employee Review

Positions keep opening up and instead of filling them internally, they move managers around even if they have a local person willing and able to take it. They dont give feedback into way they wont promote up. One month they say as soon as something opens, you will get it, the next month, we have this giant shuffle plan going to move managers up who already are running properties. The managers get bonuses for helping other places, but the other staff dont get bonuses even though that we doing more than their roles and taking more on. Benefits increased more than our 3% raise, some leasing team got more than the 3% raise, while others who have taken more on just got about .50 (3%).
