*Dallas region is an absolute mess and there is no consistency within the region because VPs and Regionals don't communicate outside of their region *They see employees as their property so they rarely ever allow you to transfer outside of your current RPM, unless they consider you a problem and want to get rid of you *The continuously promote only Caucasian employees and applicants while any people of color are left floating, laid off or don't get hired. *Overwork and underpay *They understaff so you are always doing the job of multiple people * IT is very slow to respond * There is no training or onboarding process for new hires so you are responsible for hiring and training * Resources are limited to none besides standard online videos
