Everything. No support from upper management, lack of communication, clicks among managers, dom't bother giving input, you are just another employee. Your concerns are not addressed. Very unprofessional regional, covers themselves by blaming everyone else for their lack of work ethics. Nothing gets done. No incentives, no appreciation, just glad I've been in the industry long enough to know not one place is permanent. Move on and look elsewhere. Plenty of other companies will value your time and work without the ongoing stress and frustration.
