Pros

There so many I don't know where to start! Career advancement and training is just outstanding! Just your first week you will receive 1.5 full week of training of who Wilson is and on the tools to do your work. They do care about having a positive culture and environment, they live the values and value their employees. Beautiful office and brand new computer and devices. Benefits are great!!! includes RRSP and quarter bonuses. Social responsibility committees and other kinds of committees where you can participate with the company in different activities that contribute to the company culture or social responsibility. EXCELLENT clients and names to work with. Highly collaborative environment. Flexibility to work from home. Referral program for employees and clients ( never seen a better one) Excellent location AWESOME management style. No micromanagement or yelling AT ALL!!! Very professional environment.

I've experienced great leadership under a number of different accounts over the past 4 years at Wilson. There is room for growth, professional development, and genuine teamwork mindset toward providing the best service possible to our clients.

Cons

No real cons from my experience working here over the past 4 years.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is genuinely respected and easy to use. Full work-from-home flexibility

Cons

No salary increase whatsoever in 4 years despite consistent performance and loyalty. Bonuses have been significantly cut or eliminated. Company conducted layoffs just a few months ago and is now actively hiring again — creates instability and poor planning. Real compensation is decreasing every year due to rising health insurance premiums, taxes, and cost of living. After 4 years, it’s becoming very difficult to make ends meet. CEO was just replaced and it’s unclear where the company is heading, adding more uncertainty on top of the financial issues. Lack of recognition or financial reward for long-term employees makes staying here unsustainable.
