Pros

WilsonHCG is growing in the market place and has some amazing people that work for the organization. The CEO really believes in his brand and his people.

Cons

While I believe that John believes in his people, he has let senior leaders slowly but surely changing the DNA of this organization. The company is not what it was 1 year ago. Work life balance does not exist. If you are not on the good side of some of the senior leaders, you will feel it. Stretching people is not smart and can be cause for confusion with many of the team. In RPO, we should be dedicated to 1 account. When you have been on 7+ accounts in about a year, that is an issue. How can you provide excellent service and learn the culture of your client if you keep bouncing between the clients. Senior leadership that is making the resourcing decisions are way off. Transparency is key, so when you bring on new leadership they should be introduced through the company. It feels like everything is hush hush and you learn of something months later.

Cons

No real cons from my experience working here over the past 4 years.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is genuinely respected and easy to use. Full work-from-home flexibility

Cons

No salary increase whatsoever in 4 years despite consistent performance and loyalty. Bonuses have been significantly cut or eliminated. Company conducted layoffs just a few months ago and is now actively hiring again — creates instability and poor planning. Real compensation is decreasing every year due to rising health insurance premiums, taxes, and cost of living. After 4 years, it’s becoming very difficult to make ends meet. CEO was just replaced and it’s unclear where the company is heading, adding more uncertainty on top of the financial issues. Lack of recognition or financial reward for long-term employees makes staying here unsustainable.
