      Pros

      Depending on who you work for this can be a good place to be employed. The technology is outdated BUT they are in the process of upgrading multiple systems so it is good to see some progress.

      Cons

      Technology is outdated but we've been told they are upgrading our systems. The perks are lacking and bonuses for non-legal staff are virtually non-existent. Managers and co-workers are hit or miss and there doesn't seem to be consequences to anyone's bad behavior. CFO is pompous but no one takes him seriously.

      Pros

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
