I joined Wilson Elser based on its reputation for being a great firm with great people; I knew current and former employees that spoke highly of the firm, the culture, and the friendships. Now that I've joined the firm, it's turned out to be a great decision for me and my family. I’ve made new friends, have great tech, and there’s an actual work/life balance. Litigation is pretty much the same regardless of firm, but it’s better when you enjoy where you work.
