Supervisors have too much work of their own to train you; when/if they do find time to train you- they are not paying attention to your work because they are too distracted by their own. Every supervisor that you ask has a different requirement of assignments therefore it's impossible to perform work correctly. Managers and supervisors are HOSTILE, unsupportive, negative, discouraging and forget about asking questions because they will be met with unclarity and anger. Supervisor conducts a "boy's club" atmosphere, is unkind to females--unless he clearly fancy's them. Management is inappropriately connected.
