      Pros

      work experience and resume builder. Every other law firm knows that WEMED is a sweat shop.

      Cons

      lack of compensation. lack of support staff. software was outdated. communication poor. I think this was the worst job I ever had. supervisor had not oversight and was verbally abusive.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
