      Pros

      Nice offices and lots of administrative resources are pros, I think. Their resources are comparable to BigLaw, for sure.

      Cons

      There is low morale among attorneys. Billables requirements are too high. and attorneys are given way too many cases.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
