      Awful experience - high billable requirement, low morale, no mentorship from senior or supervising attorneys, work/life imbalance, cut throat atmosphere, support staff is overworked.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
