      Pros

      The attorneys were friendly and appreciative, overall. Most staff was great to work with.

      Cons

      Employees were not protected from an abusive and a downright hostile working environment. HR was ineffectual even though MANY complaints were shared by several people about the same manager, and on many occasions. NOTHING was done to protect employees while the abuse continued for years. What a disgrace!

      Pros

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.

      High billables, several teams without associate oversight, high volume, medical premium is employee responsibility
