      Pros

      Hard working and friendly support staff.

      Cons

      Partners and some attorneys have huge egos and very little professionalism. Lots of pretentious gossip and pettiness. ZERO camaraderie within the firm. Hard to be motivated when there are tiny raises, no bonuses and unfriendly attorneys and partners. Office manager cannot do anything at all with approval from New York. Training is non-existent. Sink or swim.

      Pros

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
