      Good reputation in the insurance industry

      Cons

      They're always hiring for a reason. Lots of turnover. The billable hour expectation is at a biglaw level but the compensation is nowhere close, and you're nickel and dimed for every .1 hour. You're also set up to fail -- partners are hard to get a hold of and then play Monday morning quarterback on everything you do.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
