      Employees are wonderful and work as a team.

      Cons

      Where does one begin: no communication, harrassment from the OA, toxic culture that does not support staff, etc. Look elsewhere for job opportunities. Everyone quits due to the lack of professionalism by administration.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
