      Litigation experience in all different arenas of litigation; some great people; good benefits (which you pay for)

      Cons

      Very high billable hour requirement; non-existent bonuses and raises; no real opportunities for leadership; easy to get too comfortable.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
