      Big company that is run like a small office. Firm wants to get the most business with the least amount of support possible.

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
