      Nice office and some nice people

      Cons

      The firm expects big firm billables (2000+ hours for a bonus) but pays less than half what those firms pay. Associates meetings served no purpose other than to get scolded on billables or real estate developments with offices

      Good coworkers and supervisors. Billable work environments tend to be the same in terms of monotony, so it helps to have a good team.

      Cons

      Billable hours aren't the most fun thing in the world. Huge caseload.
