There is high turnover because this program is so awful and the higher ups just leave this clueless middle manager in her position. You will have NO job satisfaction. The Milwaukee office advertises as hybrid, but it’s a lie. You will sit around doing dumb work like typing summaries all day and learn nothing. If you want brain rot then you should apply.
