Lack of Leadership and Direction - Director Wilson Sporting Goods Employee Review

The lack of leadership in upper management is very apparent. There is no unified direction for the entire company. Each BU is allowed to run on their own and if you have a strong GM you are in luck and if you don't it's tough. The organization is very linear it's tough to move up because there are no positions. Morale throughout the building is very low.
