Fun company, not much potential for growth - Analyst Wilson Sporting Goods Employee Review

No growth potential from a career perspective. It's not a growing industry, and although the company is working hard to make the Wilson brand cool again, it's just not there. Still an old school vibe, which gave the impression you had to earn increased responsibility through tenure rather than merit.
