Not a good place to work - Inventory Specialist Wilson Sporting Goods Employee Review

No structure. No discipline. Very dirty and unorganized. A lot of product mixed in with other products and no one held accountable for what they do wrong repeatedly. Lots of overage laying around because pickers don’t know how to pick properly! Lack of training for new employees. They just throw u out there to work! No one is certified in the machines they operate! You drive for 10 to 15 minutes with a trainer and ur good!
