Pros
Store has good prices, make some good friends at the store. Can be fast paced which makes the day go by fast
Cons
Management is horrible and only cares about the employees that they like the most. Hard work has nothing to do with the way you get treated. Unless you receive a full time offer I wouldn't even bother working there unless you want to work less than 20hrs per week. The "vacation" time is ridiculous. You wrote your name on a list and hope you get the day off. There's no real system. We received a gift card to use at the store during xmas time and I stopped working there and magically my gift card disappeared the same day
