Good health and retirement plan.
Cons
As •Poor management •Stressful work •The seafood Department is always understaffed and is very stressful to work in •No training, they would put new people in there and not schedule another person, expecting the new hire to know what to do •Low pay, in Oregon at least, the Pay scale for new hires will keep you at, or slightly above minimum wage the entire time you are there. If you are in a state with a lower minimum wage it may be worth considering.
