      Pros

      I honestly I can't think of any pros. Even the coworkers seem to hate each other. The only pro is the fact that I am no longer working there

      Cons

      The managers have no clue about managing. They try to promote the pay at winco as something great beacuse their is a pay scale but it would take approx 2 years or more to get a .50 increase.

      Management will expect a lot out of you if you’re a hard worker. Sometimes they pile too much on certain employees.
