Pros
The bakery has manageable hours, and depending on management you can get most days off that you request,a lot of managers will work with restricted hours too. You have to be willing to put your best foot forward and work hard in order to get hours. I'm a part time employee, but I have a great benefits package.
Cons
Not an easy Job, I wouldn't suggest it for someone who wants to stand around for 5-8 hours with minimal effort. You have to show you want to work in order to get hours. Can be stressful at times
