      Relatively easy job. No wardrobe investment. Great health benefits.

      not much training or communication between management/employees very tumultuous changing weekly schedule/ split days off/ physical working-body needs 2 day (together) to rejuvenate

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
