      Independence and self-drive. Exercising and staying healthy are keys on making it through the day. Come to work happy, and leave work happier.

      Cons

      Very physical work. Always being tired and exhausted. Not being safe can leave you hurt and helpless with the company.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
