      Pros

      Great health insurance and benefits. ESOP is phenomenal. Where else can you get a pension this day in age and only pay 40.00 a month premiums for a family of 5 for health benefits

      Cons

      You have to work. Nothing is free here. We are employee owned so labor is controlled. Sometimes customers can be challenging.

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
