      Pros

      Good pay and retirement options. Small enough company to get noticed. Open to new ideas-sometimes. Sells groceries to its core, unlike others stores that try and push everything.

      Cons

      Long hours and work weeks. Sometime no time off for weeks. Company has a lack of growth in certain markets. Which means relocation. Pay doesn’t adjust to inflation in markets

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
