      The 401k , medical benefits/ Employee stock ownership plan

      Cons

      working 9-10 consecutive days at a time with only one day off in between. Scheduling was horrible. Horrible work/family/life balance if you have school aged children. only a handful of positions at each store have decent office hours.

      Management will expect a lot out of you if you’re a hard worker. Sometimes they pile too much on certain employees.
