      Employee owned company, promote from within, great pay and great benefits. Performance driven culture and they really stick to what they say.

      Cons

      There aren't enough stores in the phoenix area for the public to get to know us!

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
