Pros
The insurance benefits and the friends I made.
Cons
Extremely strict attendance "points system" where even having a Doctor's note wont exclude absences!!!! Stressful, demanding, unpredictable hours, hard to advance if you're not "buddies" with management, pay scale tops out(MANY long time employees have been at the same pay for over 10+ yrs!!) If you get hurt and need a longer recovery time/treament they will find a way to push you out!!
