Pros
Apparently pay bumps up every 500 hours you work, after the probation period is over you get many benefits like 401k or company assets.
Cons
Working Hours vary by store, department and even the manager. 15 Point Late or Call in/No Show system. 3 points if you have no sick time and don’t work a scheduled shift, 2 points if you’re late. Once you reach fifteen you sign a contract and pretty much can’t miss a day or be late until 8 or so months pass.
